I am a K-8 Guidance Counselor at West Holt Public Schools in Atkinson, NE and I am doing a unit on goal setting with my 7th graders. Before the students set a goal that they want to work on right now, we talk about their DREAMS and what they would like to do someday.
I always set a goal right alongside them and I decided this year that my goal was going to be to get 500 people to come onto this wiki page by November 1, 2011. I am also hoping to get someone from outside of the United States to add their dreams to this page. I would really appreciate everyone's help with this project. I hope that it inspires some of my students to DREAM BIG and I think it will be interesting to see where the different contributors are from. About the Project
I am a K-8 Guidance Counselor at West Holt Public Schools in Atkinson, NE and I am doing a unit on goal setting with my 7th graders. Before the students set a goal that they want to work on right now, we talk about their DREAMS and what they would like to do someday.
I always set a goal right alongside them and I decided this year that my goal was going to be to get 500 people to come onto this wiki page by November 1, 2011. I am also hoping to get someone from outside of the United States to add their dreams to this page. I would really appreciate everyone's help with this project. I hope that it inspires some of my students to DREAM BIG and I think it will be interesting to see where the different contributors are from.
